Fitness means different things to different people. The problem for many occurs when they start comparing themselves to others. Getting up at 4:20 am ever week day to run laps in a gym at 5:00 am is not what I would expect nor ask of someone starting out. But over the years it has come to work for my schedule and fitness goals. The key is to find what works for you and when you can make (not find) the time to do it. Be able to do it consistently. Be accountable and show up. Even when no one else shows up. Coming up with a plan and committing to it; is the first step. The awesome thing about God is , He created us in His image. Not for us to be like the image of anyone else. Showing Him that you are ready to step out on faith. Willing to step out and choose your health as a priority. Determined to prove to yourself, that no mishap, hiccup or even if you back slide, is enough to keep you from the goal you set. If you just take one step....
